友人と3人で、都市伝説を確かめに町外れの廃工場に忍び込んだ。かつて鉄工所だった建物は、錆びた鉄の匂いと埃っぽい空気が漂い、床には油汚れがこびりついている。懐中電灯の光が、壊れた機械や散らばった工具を照らし出す。地元では、昔ここで作業員が謎の事故で消えたという噂があった。奥の作業場に進むと、「ガコン…ガコン…」と重い機械音が突然響いた。誰もいないはずなのに、音は止まらず、床が微かに振動する。恐怖で凍りついた私たちの前に、作業服を着た影が機械の陰から現れた。顔は見えず、ただ黒い目がこちらをじっと見つめる。懐中電灯がチラつき、影が近づくにつれ、「ココ…カラ…デロ…」と掠れた声が聞こえた。パニックで逃げ出すと、機械音が追いかけるように大きくなり、背後で金属が擦れる音が響いた。なんとか外に脱出したが、振り返ると工場の窓に同じ影が立っていた。その夜、3人とも悪夢にうなされ、一人は「ここから出ろ」と繰り返す声を聞いた。後日、調べると、工場は事故後すぐに閉鎖され、作業員の行方は今もわからないという…。

Three of us, chasing urban legends, slipped into an abandoned factory on the outskirts of town. Once an ironworks, the air was thick with the smell of rust and dust, and oil stains marred the floor. Our flashlights lit up broken machinery and scattered tools. Locals whispered of a worker who vanished in a mysterious accident years ago. As we ventured into the inner workshop, a heavy “clunk… clunk…” of machinery echoed suddenly. No one should have been there, yet the sound persisted, the floor vibrating faintly. Frozen in fear, we saw a shadowy figure in work clothes emerge from behind a machine, its black eyes fixed on us. Our flashlights flickered as the shadow drew closer, a raspy voice whispering, “Get… out… of here…” Panicking, we ran, the machine noise growing louder, joined by the screech of metal dragging behind us.
