月曜日の朝。オタクAは会社のデスクで密かに転職サイトを閲覧していた。
Monday morning. Otaku A was secretly browsing job websites at his company desk.

オタクA：「アニメ制作会社の求人…給料は今の半分か…」
Otaku A: "Anime production company job posting... salary is half of what I make now..."

営業職として5年働いているが、毎日「好きなことを仕事にできたら」と考えてしまう。
He's worked in sales for 5 years, but every day he thinks "if only I could make my hobby my job."

オタクA：「声優のマネージャーとか…でも経験ないしな…」
Otaku A: "Voice actor manager... but I have no experience..."

同僚：「田中さん、何見てるんですか？」
Colleague: "Tanaka-san, what are you looking at?"

オタクA：「あ！何でもないです！仕事します！」
Otaku A: "Oh! Nothing! I'll get back to work!"

慌ててブラウザを閉じるが、心の中では転職への憧れが募るばかり。
He hurriedly closes the browser, but his longing for a career change only grows stronger in his heart.

オタクA：「でも現実的に考えると…安定した今の仕事を辞めるのはリスクが…」
Otaku A: "But realistically speaking... quitting my stable current job is risky..."

昼休みにアニメ業界で働く友人に相談してみる。
During lunch break, he consults a friend who works in the anime industry.

友人：「やりがいはあるけど、激務だし給料も安いよ。覚悟が必要」
Friend: "It's rewarding, but it's demanding work and the pay is low. You need to be prepared"

オタクA：「やっぱりそうか…趣味は趣味のままがいいのかな…」
Otaku A: "I thought so... maybe it's better to keep hobbies as hobbies..."

現実と理想の狭間で揺れ動く、多くのオタクが抱える葛藤だった。
