Saturday Afternoon at Character Cafe土曜午後のキャラクターカフェ

土曜日の午後2時。オタクAは新作アニメとのコラボカフェに一人で来ていた。
Saturday afternoon, 2 PM. Otaku A came alone to a collaboration cafe with a new anime.

オタクA：「限定グッズも買えたし、コラボメニューも頼もう」
Otaku A: "I got the limited goods, now let me order the collaboration menu"

推しキャラをイメージしたパフェを注文し、写真を撮っていたその時…
Just when he ordered a parfait inspired by his favorite character and was taking photos...

上司：「あれ？田中くん？」
Boss: "Huh? Tanaka-kun?"

オタクA：「え！？部長！？なんでここに！？」
Otaku A: "What!? Manager!? Why are you here!?"

会社の部長が娘と一緒にカフェに入ってきた。最悪のタイミングである。
His company manager entered the cafe with his daughter. The worst possible timing.

部長の娘：「お父さん、あの人知り合い？」
Manager's daughter: "Dad, do you know that person?"

部長：「ああ、会社の…君もこういうの好きなのか？」
Manager: "Yes, from the company... you like this kind of thing too?"

オタクA：「あ、えーっと…たまたま通りかかって…」
Otaku A: "Oh, um... I just happened to pass by..."

テーブルには明らかにファンであることを示すグッズとメニューが並んでいる。言い訳は不可能だった。
On the table are goods and menu items that clearly indicate he's a fan. Excuses are impossible.

部長：「実は娘に付き合ってるんだが…なかなか面白いな、これ」
Manager: "Actually, I'm just accompanying my daughter... but this is quite interesting"

オタクA：（意外と理解ある…？でも月曜日の会社が心配…）
